On a scale where "F" is at the bottom and "A" at the top, you can actually see which foods are truly healthy.
From this we can come to understand why certain foods add to our health, while other foods should not be considered at all. When we first ate a diet of mostly "D", now we know whatwe can do to improve!

For each item "A", eating a score of 10 points.
For each B-point, giving 8 points
"C" 's get 6 points

Under70: Time to eat what you're looking for. It takes time, it takes planning, it takes preparation. We will do what we can where we can not allow the stress to overwhelm us, but we move forward with a quiet confidence and determination to get more to eat from the "A and B lists. And without doubt, one feels, and be grateful! Make sure you see the "0" and "-5" terms, actually zap your score and hurt are those of your health.
3 easy ways to trade their traditional foodsfor a higher grade:
